Order of the National Green Tribunal dated 11/04/2017 regarding hot mixer plants in Noida and Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Applicants have requested that the hotmixer plants run by them which are presently lying closed, may be inspected by the concerned Authority. NGT directs that joint inspection be conducted by Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board, Central Pollution Control Board and representative of MoEF.
