Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Jang Singh Vs State of Uttar Pradesh dated 02/01/2019 regarding allocation of dumping ground in the residential area of Shakti Khand 4, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad near DPS and Jaipuria School, near habitation.

National Green Tribunal directs the District Magistrate Ghaziabad to examine whether the dumping ground allotted is as per siting Rules and furnish a factual and action taken report to this Tribunal.
