Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of K. P. Singh & Others Vs. Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board & Others dated 22/09/2017 regarding blockage of storm water drains in Vasundhra, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The Applicant has produced photographs to show that the drain is still blocked and demolishing of illegal structures has not been completed. Tribunal grants one week’s time to Ghaziabad Nagar Nigam to clean all the drains in the Vasundhra township.
