Order of the NGT in the matter of M/s. Caravan Tanners & Others Vs. Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board dated 06/03/2018 regarding pollution caused by tanneries in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Counsel for CPCB submits that the joint inspection of industries has been conducted. NGT directs joint inspection of industries to be conducted which were found closed.
